Ordered items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To do so, fill out the exchange/return form enclosed in the package.
We only except intact and undamaged items. In case of deterioration of the goods due to further use, we reserve the right to retain a part of the purchase price, which we will determine at our discretion.
The return shipment is at our expense. Please contact us in advance (by e-mail at kontakt@siodue.de or by telephone). You will then receive a return label from us.
The date of dispatch counts.
If the article has arrived undamaged and on time, you will receive the paid purchase amount back or the corresponding article delivered for exchange. The refund will be made with the same means of payment chosen by the customer. It is also possible to return the delivered goods free of charge and on time to our store in Hamburg.
